Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before booking with Kama Wacika Trans. These guidelines are designed to make your transportation and travel arrangements in Bali clear, simple, and flexible. By confirming a booking, guests are considered to have understood and agreed to the applicable booking, cancellation, pickup, and service conditions.

1. Booking & Reservation
Guests can book transportation, private driver services, transfers, or optional tour arrangements directly with Kama Wacika Trans. Please provide your travel date, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, and any special requirements when making a reservation.

2. No Upfront Payment or Deposit
You can secure your booking without making an upfront payment or deposit. Payment arrangements can be confirmed directly with our team when your reservation is made.

3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after Kama Wacika Trans has verified the requested date, vehicle, driver, pickup time, and service availability.

4. Last-Minute Booking
Last-minute reservations are welcome and can be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled departure time. Availability of vehicles and drivers cannot always be guaranteed for last-minute bookings, so advance booking is recommended whenever possible.

5. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please contact us as soon as possible if your travel plans change.

6. Changes to Your Booking
Changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, travel date, passenger numbers, or itinerary should be communicated to us as early as possible. Requested changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

7. Pickup Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, including hotel or villa name, location, pickup time, and a reachable contact number. For airport transfers, please also provide the correct flight information when requested.

8. Vehicle & Driver Availability
Vehicle type and driver availability depend on the travel date, passenger capacity, route, and booking schedule. We will arrange a suitable vehicle based on the confirmed booking requirements.

9. Travel Duration & Itinerary
Travel times in Bali may vary due to traffic, weather, ceremonies, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Guests are encouraged to allow sufficient travel time, especially for airport transfers or time-sensitive journeys.

10. Optional Tours & Activities
Bali tours, Nusa Penida trips, and activity arrangements are available as optional services. Any entrance tickets, activity fees, meals, boat tickets, or other additional services are only included when clearly stated in the selected package.

11. Additional Requests
Extra stops, route changes, additional travel time, or services outside the original booking may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the request.

12. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Please check the vehicle before leaving to ensure no items are left behind.
